Based on the user research and affinity diagrams the team identified key users that would be the focus of the design. We formed these two primary personas based on the combined findings from all three members' research. Our main personas were Sam Ko and Patricia Haas, a student at the University of Washington and a parent traveling with two children, respectively. Putting together these personalities and technological tendencies with the research, the team was able to construct relatable personas.
